2.4 Substantiation of selected technological processes.
In mechanical engineering, the main role in the mechanical processing of parts is played by their technological and quantitative characteristics. This means that the structural dimensions of the part and the technical requirements for them should be studied and taken into account when machining surfaces. Factors such as the choice of method of production, the size and material of the part, the job description, the technical requirements for its preparation, the annual program and the overall structure determine. To solve this problem, it is necessary to ensure that the size and structure of the workpiece is as close as possible to the size and structure of the part. But it should be borne in mind that increasing the accuracy of the workpiece and complicating its structure will lead to an increase in its cost.
