The parts we are given are widely used in machinery, industry, agricultural machinery, mechanisms and assemblies. Our part is called "Troynik". Its material is grey cast iron CCH 15-10 GOST 1412-54, mainly produced in multi-series production conditions. It turned out that our detail was obtained by casting the workpiece. The central hole in the main surfaces of the detail is DEOG, in which another detail is installed. Therefore, its surface cleanliness is 3.2 μm, the surface of TTV holes is 3.2 μm, the remaining surfaces are AVBE surfaces with an accuracy of 6.3 μm, and the O surface does not require mechanical processing. Ensure that the surfaces of the torus are perpendicular to the central axis BAV and O. Angle radii on unspecified surfaces are 1.5 mm. When choosing a workpiece for production, it is necessary to take into account the series of production and the degree of accuracy of the workpiece, because in casting shops mechanization work is performed depending on the level of workpiece accuracy.
