Abstract 
The article is devoted to the analysis and definition of the main stages of formation of professional competences of future 
bachelors (adaptive-orientation, operational-training, creative-developing) in the framework of the development of educational 
programs of technical directions. These stages are presented in conjunction with the stages of professional training of future 
bachelors (adaptive-orientation stage, operational-training stage, creative-developmental stage) and the structural blocks of their 
readiness for innovative and technical activities. During the adaptive-orientation stage, the personal characteristics of students, 
their needs, motivation for technical activities, interest in technology and technology are studied. Operational-training stage is a 
stage of development of technical knowledge, skills, technical language, technical literacy and thinking. The creative and 
developing stage is the final stage, developing design, innovation and inventive abilities, technical creativity, contributing to the 
final formation of professional competencies of future bachelors of technical directions. All the mentioned stages are 
accompanied by research and introduction of educational and methodical complexes, providing the specifics of teaching 
technical disciplines.
