Purpose and Objectives. The article presents the relevance of the introduction of intelligent health information systems to support the adoption of diagnostic and therapeutic solutions using databases and databases of medical knowledge.
The amount of professional knowledge necessary for successful practice physician, has always been significant. In modern medical facilities are formed and accumulated huge amounts of medical data and how promptly and effectively the information used by physicians, specialists depends on the quality of care provided to them. There is no doubt the relevance of implementation in the health care medical information systems and technology for various purposes, ranging from the creation of the automated workplace of the doctor and integrated automation of medical institutions to the creation of intelligent systems in the medical field, particularly with the support of the adoption of the diagnostic and therapeutic decisions diseases. Using predictive medical information system for diagnosis based on algorithms that use formal methods of mathematical analysis of medical data, will significantly release the physician from routine activities, enabling deeper analysis of clinical information.
Material and methods. Note that under the intellectual medical information system (MIS) we understand a man - machine system that implements the interaction doctor - a specialist with an automated medical information - analytical system with a view to taking appropriate and effective medical decision. This still probably too early to say that the "intelligent" information systems literally "make decisions." Intellectual information systems, based on existing knowledge in the knowledge base (KB), and the facts in the database (DB), offer solutions. In the process of interaction with the system or the doctor can fully accept or reject the proposed system solution, or at its discretion, correct it, that is responsible for making the decision always carries a specific person - doctor.
Intellectualization MIS and complete formalization of record status and physician information generated can only be achieved at the expense of electronic patient records (EPR). When working with a medical history doctor should get out of her tips and reminders, questions and answers about the status and progress of treatment of a patient when the doctor makes to the medical history of patient information made manipulation, medications, appointments and any problem situations, such data should be formalized to all of the electronic medical record could make automatic synthesis and sampling. But the doctor at the workstation, the computer should only see his familiar terms and words. Turn them into convenient for computer processing codes - business program.
In the initial stage of intellectualization MIS «ExterNET» us, together with experienced physicians relevant fields of medicine, created and introduced into clinical practice system for intellectual support of a physician during the examination of patients is similar, but for urgent pathologies.
