1. Safety Rul
1.1. General 
This welder model is manufactured in accordance with all technical regulations on welders 
and therefore fully complies with all safety regulations. However, improper operation or 
abuse will result in the following dangers: 
—— Loss of life of operators and/or the third party 
—— Damage to welders and public or private properties
—— Impaired welder performance 
Operators responsible for startup, operation, maintenance and services must: 
—— Have the respective qualification for carrying out these works 
—— Have the basic knowledge of welders 
—— Observe these operating instructions 
—— Eliminate any fault Immediately which may impair the safety of welders 
The welder model is only intended for the specified use. When using the welder, it is necessary to 
ensure: 
—— Fully observe the Operating Instructions when operating welders 
—— Carry out all maintenance works specified 
1.2 Owner’s/ Manager’s Obligations
Ensure that each welder operator meet the following requirements: 
—— Be familiar with the basic working safety rules and welder operating procedures.
—— Read the safety rules and warnings described in the Operation Instructions and clearly define 
the meaning of the relevant signs. 
—— Carry out general inspections to ensure that the staff can work at safety conditions. 
1.3 Operator’s Obligations 
Before commencing any work, welding operators shall:
—— Observe the basic working safety rules. 
—— Read the Safety Precaution section contained in the Operating Instructions. 
—— Confirm that they have comprehended these rules and safety precautions, by signing their 
names.
