The musicological works of E. Abramova, V. Axionov, A. Abramovich and S. Lobel, Z. Stolyar,
E. Mironenko, E. Sambrish and other scientists provide a solid methodological justification for the 
scientific research devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of an instrumental concert, which is 
part of the Treasury of national musical art. They provide a basis for determining the issues of national 
and individual style, musical language, interpretation of the genre, identification of compositional 
and dramatic features of works, characteristics of performance interpretation. These sources provide 
an opportunity to clearly demonstrate the domestic instrumental concert as a set of artistic phenom-
ena (composer’s works, performing interpretations, pedagogical concepts) that dialectically combine 
the features of the General and special, international and national, whole and part.
