I started my vaccine series at the Snohomish Health District. What do I need to do?
If you started a series here and additional vaccines are due after the clinic closes, take your vaccine record to your healthcare provider. They will review the record to see what vaccines are needed and when you are due for your next immunizations.
Where do I get a copy of my vaccine records?
You may visit http://www.snohd.org/Healthy-Living/Clinic-Services or contact Vital Records at (425) 339-8673 to request your records. Please allow 2 days to fulfill your request.
I have employees that need immunizations for work. Where should I send them?
Check with your health care provider, local pharmacies, or local U.S. Healthworks clinics to see what services/programs are available that meet your needs.
I need travel vaccines and/or medications for travel. Where do I go?

Where do I go for tuberculin skin tests or tuberculosis blood tests?
You should contact your local healthcare provider for these tests. Some U.S. Healthworks clinics offer tuberculin skin tests, but please visit www.ushealthworks.com for more information.
Will you continue providing STD referral services and high-risk HIV testing? Yes, call the Snohomish Health District at (425) 339-5298 for assistance and to schedule an appointment. If no one answers, leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
