I read this book but I still got band 6 in IELTS Writing. What am I doing wrong?

If you have read and implemented the lessons in this book and are still receiving 

band 6 on your exam, it is likely that your grammar and/or lexical resources need 

improvement. Having a tutor periodically review and clean up your writing is essen-

tial. You should also be reading lots of sample band 9 essays and making careful note 

of the manner in which these essays are structured and worded. Keep a detailed 

language journal to help you track and review your progress. Of course, ensuring a
