Currently, there are the quality characteristics of pupils ' assimilation of the 
material studied (information). These include level of learning, the degree of 
automation of the acquired knowledge. The training element can be learned on 
one of the following levels: 1st - meeting, 2nd - plays; 3rd - level skills; 4th - 
level of creativity. It is a mistake to assume a common level of knowledge and 
skills criterion of the effectiveness of teaching. You need to pay attention to the 
level of play, for how long knowledge is retained and used [7, 15, 16]. The 
results of mastering educational programs of today, are competence, mastering 
of which is regarded as the main aim of training. The list of competencies is a 
comprehensive professional model, compliance with which is the main purpose 
of higher education. For example, in the specialty "Pediatrics" identified 40 
competencies, including 8 cultural, professional 32. Generated 4 cluster of 
competencies: threshold of functional (performance of professional duties of a 
pediatrician); differentiating (analysis and application in practice scientific 
knowledge is the best predictor of work performance); universal (related to the 
efficiency of brachypodietea); - career and professional growth [20, 21]. 
Thus, important components of using of modern educational technologies 
are the flexibility and possible restructuring of the presentation of educational 
material. The methodological challenge lies in finding the right ways of 
application of intensive techniques and forms of learning, and indicators of 
rational use of modern educational technologies will be of interest to students to 
the subject of study, the appeal to independent activity and desire for 
professional growth. The gradual transition of universities to a modern 
educational technologies will give a new impetus to the medical education 
system, will allow for a transition to innovative way of development of higher 
medical education.
