Organizational structure and design


We will now look at the organizational structures of Delice. As you can see above, there are a total of 9 key managers. They are Production, Plant, Chief, Purchasing, Traffic, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, and Plant Manager who reports to the President. Let's get acquainted with each of them one by one.

All of the above managers report to the Plant manager. The plant manager reports to the CEO of Delice, the president. Now I will describe the Human Resources department of this company.


Administrative Assistants help with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing errands such as recording printed material, replying to phone calls, planning records for gatherings, and overseeing the calendar of their bosses.

Solution: A good applicant tracking system automates the recruitment process, so you have time to plan, track trends, launch new HR programs and improve your company's culture. The AI ​​recruitment assistant can also screen candidates and arrange interviews, so you only have to deal with quality candidates. Other modular HR solutions such as onboarding, performance management, and compensation management can complete the big picture by providing employees with a simplified experience that allows them to manage their personal information. Not only can employees enter their data to avoid mistakes, but they can also save time in the HR department.
Administrative Associate’s duties are authoritative partners (moreover alluded to as authoritative colleagues) to perform a wide extent of clerical and secretarial assignments for an organization.
