Management environment and important managerial issues


Before we discuss managerial issues of the company, let us review the management environment and important managerial issues in business. The management environment always consists of changing components - external and internal - that affect the activities of the organization. If a modern competitor appears, this will affect the administrative environment. When key clients move their business elsewhere, directors will feel the impact. And when mechanical impulses touch the organization's current business strategies, the administrative environment must adjust again. There are a lot of issues that managers come across, for example, managing communication between teams, supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, recruiting and onboarding the right talent, and tracking and increasing team productivity. Actually, there are a lot of managerial issues out there, however, a good manager can handle all of them.

Making Decision, Planning, and Goal setting


In the methodology of the management process, decision-making functions are diverse and primarily related to decisions: production, marketing, management, planning, organization, motivation, control, distribution of power, conflict resolution, and so on.
Each decision problem has its own characteristics. However, there is one thing in common for all problems, namely: a certain initial situation, alternative solutions, and certain consequences of different options. These components can be used to describe any decision.
There are many approaches to allocating different stages and phases of decision-making processes. Most of the differences arise in the issue of joining the staging process associated with the implementation of the decision. In many foreign sources, the entire decision-making process in an organization is seen as a function of problem, alternatives, and implementation.
Any management decision goes through the following steps:

  • Understanding the problem

          • data collection,

          • determine the relevance

          • determine the conditions for solving this problem

  • Creating a solution plan

          • development of alternative solutions,

        • Comparison of solution options with available resources;

        • assessment of alternative social consequences;

        • assessment of alternative cost-effectiveness options;

        • development of solution programs,

        • develop and prepare a detailed solution plan

  • Execution of the solution:

          • communicate decisions to specific executors,

          • development of incentives and penalties;

          • monitoring the implementation of decisions.

The first stage of the process is the recognition of the need for a solution, which includes the following steps: recognition of the problem, problem formulation, to the identification of criteria for a successful resolution.
Each new decision in management arises on the basis of a previously made decision, the action of which has been terminated or deviated from the originally chosen option. The deviation of the situation from the given situation in the decision-making process is not immediately determined by the manager. In practice, this deviation represents the gap between the goals of the organization and the ways to achieve them.

Now, if we talk about the topic, Delice, as mentioned above, it remains useless due to its obvious shortcomings in marketing. Nowadays, the younger generation of our people, those are who use social networks, are well aware of this product from tik-tok or YouTube advertising. However, they do not know where to buy them. The development has reached its original level when so much of the money allocated to product marketing has been diverted to other areas as well.


For example, I was interested in this product and wanted to buy it. But I couldn’t find it in local stores. It is sold only in supermarkets. Also, the price there is more expensive than in the local shops. Those will further reduce the demand for the product.
In addition, since the product is new, it is necessary to take measures to attract people to it through various promotions and free fairs. A great example of this is ‘Lazzet’. Despite being a new brand, it has become very widely known and has also found its clients. No matter how strong the marketing, there is still concern among the people about the quality of the product. This concern can be overcome through free fairs such as the ‘Lazzet’ brand.
