INTRODUCTION


The first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted the resolution “on measures of further improving the system of foreign language learning” (December 10, 2012 №1875). In order to realize the topical tasks put in the Resolution foreign languages specialists have done a lot, particularly, new State Educational Standard, teaching Curricula and Syllabus were worked out.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree of July 24, 2012 "On further improvement of the system of training and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to further improve the system of postgraduate education and certification of scientific and scientific pedagogical personnel".
Great changes have been taken place in education system of Uzbekistan. Radical transformation has been altered the appearance of the modern world. According to them we discover the best ways of teaching and learning. Whatever our beliefs about language teaching we need to be clear about the major effective techniques which are the most important matter in methods of foreign language teaching and some technological innovation of recent years. Much attention is being appropriated in learning foreign language in our country. The role and importance of fluently knowing foreign languages for our notion and country is considerable. which is peacefully making multilateral relations with the other nations of the world. The main aim of our investigation is to show the role and effectiveness of teaching English to young learners in polylinsuism terms.
The topicality of the research work is due to the fact that the issues of teaching foreign language at primary school polylinguism terms is studied insufficiently and it requires more attention and methodological development.
