The purpose of the study: to identify current trends in the employment of vulnerable groups and analyze ways to improve it in Fergana region.
Objectives of the study:
- The concept of employment of needy layers of the population, to reveal the essence of the content;
- To analyze the normative and legal basis of employment of needy strata of the population;
- To indicate the position of social workers in working with different strata of the population;
- To shed light on modern trends of employment of needy strata of the population;
- Improvement of the mechanism of working with "Iron notebook", "women's book" and "youth book" by identifying the necessary strata of the population in the Fergana region.
Object and subject of research. The object of the study is the process of employment of needy strata of the population of Fergana region, the subject of the study is modern trends in employment.
Research methodology and methods. Theoretical analysis and synthesis of works of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev on social protection, education, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On employment", normative legal acts aimed at ensuring employment of the needy and the concept and rules of social work was the work analyzes the classical and modern theoretical positions of sociology, theories of local and foreign researchers on social management, social protection, population density. The main research methods are socio-economic life and employment relations, an abstract-logical approach based on the analysis of socio-historical processes, which allows to observe the processes of formation, functioning and development of employment as the most important sector of society. In addition, document analysis, a sociological survey was used, which yielded important information on the employment situation in the region.
Scientific novelty of the research
- Clarified the essence of the concepts of "employment", "needy", studied the economic and sociological theories through scientific and theoretical analysis;
- The role and functions of social workers in working with different segments of the population are developed on the basis of a stable attitude in professional and communicative situations, taking into account the level of feedback of the social approach in choosing effective communication strategies;
- Modern trends in the employment of the needy (a set of innovative methods and tools, "social entrepreneurship", "inclusive business") have been improved on the basis of systematization of the characteristics of Fergana region for content analysis.
