confirm that the form is thoroughly completed and answers to questions are detailed 
and appropriate

ensure that the lesson observed was appropriate and successful

confirm that the form is signed by the coach or CT and dated

confirm that the English lesson observed by a CT or coach
 
•
if the lesson observed was acceptable, log the date completed in the practicum tracker 
form
