Instructions
:
●
You will use the 
Practicum Tracker
 document to confirm that all of your RPMs have 
completed each required part. 
●
In reviewing documents, confirm that each document is signed by the appropriate person 
●
Confirm that there is a signature for all observation hours (preparing to observe form)/ and 
all practice teaching sessions (Teaching Reflection Form) 
●
Confirm that observations total 10 hours (600 minutes) 
●
Confirm that practice teaching sessions total 10 hours (600 minutes) 
●
Confirm that the formal observations are of a coach or CT 
●
Confirm that the Master Teacher forms are completed and signed by a coach or CT.
