The aim of of study of this work is to compare and analyse the word formation in english and uzbek language.
Analyze the features of the scientific style that distinguish it from other styles of the English language.

The object of study of this work is a scientific text.
The subject of this study is the linguistic and stylistic features of scientific style texts.
The methods of the research work are components of analysis, which are used for a detailed study of the object of research and its components, and descriptive, which is used to determine the object of research and its features.
Theoretical value of the work is evident in presenting important and interesting information about word formation, stylistic and phonetical structures of English and Uzbek.
The structure of the research work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of used literature.

The material of the study was the work of linguists and translation experts, such as I.V. Arnold, I.R. Galperin, M.M. Glushko, D.S. Lotte, Gerald J. Alred, as well as articles from scientific and technical publications. A fragment of the article "Fast and Robust Track Initiation Using Multiple Trees" by Jeremy Kubica, Andrew Moore, Andrew Connolly, and Robert Jedicke was chosen as material for practical work. The article is aimed at specialists in the field of radar.

The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, its theoretical and practical significance, defines the object, subject, goal, objectives and research methods.
In the first chapter of the course work, the style-forming factors due to the specifics of the scientific style are considered. The functions and features of scientific style texts are described, varieties and genres of scientific texts are listed.
The second chapter is devoted to the main features of a scientific text, including stylistic, lexical and grammatical features. The terminology in the scientific style is explored.
In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized and brief conclusions are formulated.
