3. Qoida: Vaqtinchalik bajarilayotgan ish-harakatlarni ko’rsatish uchun this time, today, for the time being kabi vaqtni chegaralovchi signal so’zlardan foydalanishimiz mumkin va bunda present continuousdan foydalanamiz.

Ex: 1) I’m living in Fergana city for the time being. We're enjoying our holiday here very much.

2) What is Maria doing these days? — She is study­ing English at a school in London.

3) Tom isn't playing football this season. He wants to concentrate on his studies.
4) I'm living with my friends until I can find a place of my own.
4. Qoida: Always, forever, constantly, continuously ravishlari bilan biror shaxsning tez-tez sodir qilib turadigan odatlarini tanqid qilishda yoki shaxsning odatlarini maqtashda present continuous ishlatiladi.
Ex: 1) You are always losing your things.
2) I'm always paying for your coffee. Why can't you pay for a change?
3)You are constantly panicking, aren't you?
4) Calm down. She is always helping people.
5) He is always upsetting people by asking personal questions.

NOTE: Ushbu gaplarni doimiy ish-harakat va odatlarni ifodalsh uchun present simpledan ham foydalansak bo’ladi.

Ex: You always lose your things.

5. Qoida: Gapirilayotgan vaqt atrofida sodir bo’layotgan ish-harakat, o’zgarishlar present continuous bilan ishlatiladi. Odatda quyidagi fe’llar bilan keladi: Get, become, rise, change, improve, grow, increase, fall, begin, start.

Ex: 1) The population of the world is increasing very fast.
2) Prices are rising all the time.
3) Everything is getting more and more expensive.
4) Is your English getting better?
