The results of the detection of leaf fall after cotton defoliation for conventional CFS-600 
and experimental spraying units are shown in Figure 8.

For conventional and experimental spraying aggregates, cases of leaf shedding after 
cotton defoliation on the same agrophone in the same field were studied on the day of the first 
defoliation, 6 days after, and 12 days later (Fig. 8). Accordingly, after 12 days, it can be seen that 
for a conventional CFS-600 sprayer, 93 percent of the leaves have dried out, and for an 
experimental sprayer, 97 percent have dried out. 
The results of the study of cocoon opening after cotton defoliation for conventional and 
experimental sprayers are also shown in Figure 9.

For conventional and experimental spraying units, the degree of opening of the cocoons 
was studied first, 6 days after cotton defoliation, and 12 days after. Observations show that after 
12 days, 90.8% of the pores were opened during chemical treatment with a conventional 
spraying unit, and 96.5% of the pores were opened after chemical treatment with an 
experimental spraying unit (Figure 9). 
Based on the field test results of the experimental spraying unit and the traditional CFS-
600 sprayer, their performance was determined and a timeline of the technological work process 
was created. According to the study, the daily net operating time of the conventional CFS-600 
spraying unit was 3.76 hours or 62% of the total time, and the daily net operating time of the 
experimental spraying unit was 4.28 hours or 64% of the total time. 
 
The indicators of the technological process of the spraying unit, which is equipped with a 
turbolizer cutter, were carried out and introduced in 128.1 hectares of cotton-growing farms in 
Yakkabog'tuma, 5 hectares in Yangiyul district RIAM experimental area and 26 hectares in 
Baghdad district, 159.1 hectares in total of farmer farms.
