The quality of high-dispersion processing of cotton wool is determined by the density of 
the processed coating and the median-mass diameter. The method of marking, scanning and 
evaluation of droplets on the surface of 1 sm
2
of special droplets with a size of 26x76 mm 9950-
0028 was determined using the program "DepositScan" on the basis of the state standard of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan UzDst 3202: 2017 [ 11, 16, 17, 18, 19]. 
The calculated droplets on the test sites were placed in four rows at a distance of 3.6 m 
and 7.2 m from the middle row where the spraying unit was located, taking into account the 
height of the cotton. In determining the performance indicators, the calculated drop cards were 
divided into three tiers (high, medium, low) for the cotton, with three calculation points under 
120

in each tier. The order number of the checkpoints on the special drop cards was marked in a 
simple soft pencil. In this case, the numbered side is the bottom, the unnumbered side is the top. 
Each of them was clamped to the leaves of the cotton stalks with a clip (Fig. 4).

Treatment on the prepared background was carried out with a working solution of 
defoliant Super chlorate magnesium 
Mg(ClO

during agrotechnical periods for the defoliation 
process. 
Figure 5 shows a working view of an experimental spraying unit equipped with a

10-15 min after the defoliation process, the droplets were removed from the hanging 
position by drying, and the upper and lower sides of the droplets were scanned and analyzed 
using the DepositScan program.
