The Blueprint sets clear outcomes, identifies oppor-

tunities and areas that need further focus, while out-

lining corresponding plans of action for Government, 

private  sector  and  the  citizens.  By working togeth-

er,citizens can share in the opportunities of a grow-

ing, globally competitive modern economy, enabled 

by technology.
