Development Strategy Draft

within two months - the development of a draft law "On the introduction of amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", which provides for the transfer for consideration of a statement of claim, statement, complaint or case to an authorized court;
within three months - the development of a draft law "On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative proceedings" taking into account the positive international experience in resolving public disputes;
within a month  - making proposals for changes and additions to legislative acts arising from this resolution.
7. The Supreme Court, together with the Ministry of Justice , within two months,  submit proposals to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the transfer of all cases arising from public law relations currently being considered by civil courts and economic courts to the jurisdiction of administrative courts, including cases on appealing executive documents, for which the collection is made without acceptance.
 8. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nizomiddinov Z.Sh.
