Objective: to introduce the comparative and superlative forms of 3 syllable adjectives 
STEP 1:
Say that with short words we say e.g. tall – taller – the tallest. Say that with long words we say “
beautiful- 
more beautiful - the most beautiful
”. Point to the pictures and say: “
The swallow is beautiful. The humming bird is more 
beautiful. The peacock is the most beautiful.”
If necessary, ask the meaning of the three sentences. 
STEP2: 
The pupils repeat after you in chorus, in rows and in pairs.
