House Rules

  Daycare is available: Mon-Friday 6:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10-5.
  
• 
  If dog is picked up after drop off time for boarding a $20 late fee will apply per dog.
  
• 
  If dog food is not provided by owner, South Park may feed at 10% cost of total stay.
  
• 
  Dog medications can be administered by our staff at additional 5% cost of stay.
  
• 
  Customers drivers license information must be provided and copy made for file.
  

• 
  Every pet staying at South Park Doggie Daycare needs to have completed a guest profile before his/her first stay. This profile is designed so that we can get to know your pet on a personal level. South Park Doggie Daycare wants to know how your pet engages with people, understand his/her preferences in being handled, get to know about his/her personality and utilize the profile information to determine what playgroup suits his/her best needs.

  All Guests must be vaccinated for Bordatella, DAPP, and Rabies. Proof of vaccinations is required prior to stay at South Park Doggie Daycare.
  

• 
  Guests over 8 months must be spayed or neutered, unless dismissed by vet.
  
• 
  We walks dogs twice a day during your dogs stay at South Park, please be aware that many hazards such as traffic, people or other dogs may pose threat during the walks, you as owner assume all risk involved during the walks and may not hold South Park responsible for any loss or injury. If you would like us not to walk your dog please let our staff know.
  
• 
  Guests cannot have had a communicable illness of any kind for 30 days prior to check in.
  

• 
  Guests staying at South Park Doggie Daycare must possess a temperament that allows South Park Doggie Daycare staff members to be able to care for them, pets cannot pose a danger to staff members, other guests, and other dogs.
  

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND IS AWARE THAT DOGS MAY AT TIMES PLAY AND AS RESULT HAVE CONFLICT AND FIGHTS, WHILE OUR STAFF WILL AT MOST EFFORT PREVENT SUCH ACTIVITY ANY DEMAGE TO DOGS IS HELD AT OWNERS RESPONSOBILTY AND SOUTH PARK MY NOT BE HELD LIABLE. THE EMPLOYEES OF SOUTH PARK DOGGIE DAYCARE ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DIAGNOSE OR DETECT ILLNESSESS IN THE PETS THAT ARE STAYING AT SOUTH PARK DOGGIE DAYCARE. IN ADDITION, OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND IS AWARE THAT VACCINES DO NOT PROTECT AGAINST ALL COMMUNICABLE ILLNESSES THAT MAY AFFECT A PET. OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE ASSUMING ALL RISK OF ILLNESS, DISEASE, HARM OR OTHERWISE TO THEIR PET BY ALLOWING THEIR PET TO STAY AT SOUTHPARK DOGGIE DAYCARE.

South Park Doggie Daycare reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
