5Because if people knew, they would want to live on the Moon. But in order for them to live on the Moon, a lot of research work would need to be done. The scientists are worried too that their research work will be disturbed and spoilt. Questions 3,6 and 7 are matters of opinion. Accept all reasonable answers.
