A nnotation: in the article, the financing of the research work of the agrarian 
sector from various sources and its problems on the effectiveness of the research work 
as well as the low efficiency of the funds directed to the research will affect the 
sustainable development of the industry.
Attracting investments in the research work carried out in the field, increasing 
the volume of allocated investments, it provides an opportunity to increase competition 
in the financing of research work by improving the calculation of the effectiveness of 
the directed investments and the organization of various funds.

Investments in agricultural research will create a solid foundation for the rapid 
development of the industry and increase the income of the rural population, while 
opening up opportunities for the introduction of new technologies. However, it should 
be noted that there are difficulties in attracting investments to the sector, reducing their 
volume and disseminating knowledge. When attracting investment in research, it is 
necessary to study the demand for scientific products, increase the competitiveness of 
products and increase the amount of public and private sector investment so that 
farmers can benefit more from the results of research. It is also necessary to consider 
the use of the services of consumers of scientific products in the private sector. Private
