   Work to be perform in the spring:

      Fields fertilized.

      Over seeded entire fields if needed.

   Replacement nets needed for spring. List of nets and pricing shall be provided for approval next month’s meeting.

   President’s Report: John County:
   

1. 
   Insurance for Board Members is in place for the Spring Season.
   
2. 
   Spring Registration handouts provided to Fort Cherry, Burgettstown and Avella.
   
3. 
   Sincere Condolences for Ryan Goins, a Donation has been made by the League.
   
4. 
   League’s Credit Card was compromise. No actual charges shall be applied. A replacement card is now in Johns possession.
   
5. 
   Fall Season’s Collection for the Lemmons was $500.00. Request approval to match donation.

   New Business
   

1. 
   League will be changing banks from PNC to Citizens due to the local branch closing. Articles of Incorporation is needed. Dave will check w/ Joe.
   
2. 
   Tax extension requested. Audit will be performed before filing.
   
3. 
   Will be looking for Garbage Cans for the field which will retain the bags/liners.
   
4. 
   Looking to move ahead with Concession Stand repairs.
   
5. 
   Looking to work with the Burgettstown Senior Center in future activities for mutual benefit.
   
6. 
   Game Rule updates for 2017, see attached.
