own. This could come from coworkers, the internet, or exploration. In any case, challenges and obsta-
cles do not kill learners’ motivation to complete tasks; rather, they provide us with new opportunities 
to learn something new at your own pace and time. Students will learn how to actively seek solutions 
rather than having solutions brought to them. Furthermore, because of their ability to learn quickly, 
self-learners can easily adapt to changes in the environment.
