To begin with, let me sincerely congratulate you and our nation with great and precious day- the day of Independence.
One more time we recognise complicated and honourable way that our people had to pass through and the date that gave us new period and liberal life.
In this precious day we show our respect to memoriam of our fearless and courageous compatriots, ancestors who gave and dedicated their life for freedom.
Now we recall never- fading name of a progenitor of independence of government, first and honourable presidenot Islom Abduganievich Karimov.

Now we are equal participant of word community and creating our bright future because of independence.

Due to achievements of previous years, we are moving forward with high- spirit for "from arousal to improvement".
We elaborated the strategy of actions so as to lift to the greatest level. Paying so much attention on accomplishment of steps that are written on the document are opening new ways opportunities for us.
Modernising and updating our country with high technology and achievements in science in the period of strong competition stays on the first place. Considering this situation we decided to call this year " Supporting technologies, innovative ideas and active business".
