MATERIAL METHOD 
Basically,  in  my  work  with  young  cadres  I  use  active  forms  that  stimulate  the  search,  creative 
research  activities  of  teachers  and  are  focused  on  the  zone  of  teachers'  nearest  development  - 
these  are  master  classes,  theoretical  seminars,  workshops,  conferences,  creative  discussions, 
dialogues,  living  rooms,  hours  collective  creativity,  methodical  festivals,  business  games,
