CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
According to the results of a survey of first and second year students of Namangan State
University, we came to the following conclusion:
1. External positive and internal social motives prevail in students preparing to become
specialists. In their future work, it is important for them to have benefits such as financial
incentives, career opportunities, team approval, prestige and attention.
2. Prospective professionals want to do specific things, dedicate themselves to training that
requires agility. In particular, the representatives of this profession prefer to dedicate themselves
to a specific profession, to perform tasks that require the environment.
