The use of innovative pedagogical technologies in education is a demand and need in all sphere of educational system at present. It gives a kind of stimulus and motivation in the further development of teaching foreign languages.
After the Independence of Uzbekistan there have been great positive changes in the social life of the people and also in all branches of society.
The changes in the Education system of Uzbekistan have been carried out according to the requirements of “National programmer of training personalities.”
The first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov from the first days of Independence stated the Importance of deep reforms in the education system and upbringing of new generation of our country. The adoption of “The Law on Education” in Uzbekistan was great event in the sphere of education . One can easily see that the priority is given to the education. At present Uzbekistan has established diplomatic, economic and other relations with many countries of the world and these relations are improving the role of foreign languages, especially the English language, as a means of communication in international relations.
Besides this a modern specialist must know not only one but two or more foreign languages. This is a demand for a specialist in European countries, because a modern specialist must be able to use new technologies and foreign experience in his specialty. Modernization of the education system in our country is closely connected with the implementation of innovative technologies into the process of teaching and modernizing the content and methods of education. Modern society needs well educated and qualified specialists who are able creative thinking, feeling responsibility in solving difficult problems .Humanitarian approach in organizing teaching has become priority in further development of modern school. The main attention here is focused on the personal interests of the pupils and their personal potential. And this demands differential approach to the learners a of a foreign language, taking into consideration their personality, ability, interests. That is why the main problem for the teacher is to choose the authentic methods and aids of teaching which are very effective in getting the aim of teaching.
In the late years the new informational technologies are being widely used in the teaching process at schools too. It is not only the use of new technical aids but also the use of forms, methods of teaching and the new approach in the organization of the teaching process.
Modern development of the society at present is bringing new innovative approach to education and also in to the activity both teachers and students. Innovation means novelty into teaching process. This new trend in education appeared in the 60 th last century. Innovative activity has been investigated in the works Gonobolin F.N, B.A.Slastenin and others. The problems of management of innovative activity have been discussed in the works D.Hamilton, R.Karloson, Dj.Basset and others.
The effectivity in the process of teaching depends much on the proficiency of a teacher.
A modern English teacher should have profound knowledge on methodology, pedagogic, psychology, technological approach in education, the types and functions of pedagogical technologies.
Pedagogical influence on the pupils demands from the teacher proficiency in using the technique of pedagogical communication.
The effective teaching and its results are much more dependent on proficiency of a teacher. The proficiency of a teacher is based on the following factors:

  1. teacher should be able to explain his ideas clearly in a short and simple way;

  2. teaching process must be organized on the bases of the students degree of knowledge, ability, interest;

  3. teacher’s authority , preparedness for his job and feeling responsibility for efficiency of teaching;

  4. students usually obtain complete satisfaction during the lesson of well trained and qualified teacher;

  5. methodological preparedness of the teacher and his ability of projecting the lesson;

  6. teacher should always be ready to answer the learners’ questions and for capable management of the lesson;

  7. during the lesson teacher should be able to form the feelings of love to motherland and labor , create favorable atmosphere and direct the activity of the students to scientific research;

  8. teacher is able to motivate students to the teaching material;

  9. to improve students’ ability of comparing analyzing language utterances ;

getting good results by using effective means of teaching and activating students and improve their creative thinking
