October 1 compared to the control-fertilizer variants; 6.9%, 6.2 when planted on 16 

October; 7.9% and 15.2 in the variant planted on 1 November; Found to be 11.1% 

higher. 

When planting was done on October 1 or November 1, the winter hardiness 

of  the  plants  decreased  compared to  when  they  were  planted on  October  16. The 

main reason for the decrease in frost resistance of plants planted in the early (1.10) 

period is that the roots of grasses go much deeper and the surface vegetative mass 

increases. The resulting organic matter was spent extensively on respiration. As a 

result,  the  plants  do  not  accumulate  enough  sugar,  and  perish  in  the  winter  cold. 

This is especially true of the biological spring variety Makuz-3. 

In plants planted late (1.11), the weak development of the surface mass and 

the  incomplete  formation  of  accumulation  joints  and  roots  resulted  in  their  low 

winter hardiness. 

In the studies, grain yields varied depending on the biological characteristics 

of  the  varieties,  the  sowing  period,  the  amount  of  mineral  fertilizers  and  the 

amount  of  natural  precipitation.  The  variants  with  the  lowest  grain  yields  are,  of 

course,  in  the  control-fertilizer-free  variants,  with  the  varieties  “Makuz-3”  and 

“Krupinka”  at  the  time  of  sowing  on  October  1,  22.7,  respectively;  25.9  ts  /  ha, 

24.6 on October 16; 25.2 ts / ha and 23.5 during the November 1 sowing period; 

23.3 ts / ha was observed (Table 1).
