In order not to increase the consumption of heat and electricity during the drying process [1], you
can do the following:
- do not exceed the energy consumption
of the dryer;
- ensuring re-input of energy during drying;
- heating the grain
before drying;
- do not waste the heat used in the drying process;
- superposition of high-frequency microwave and electromagnetic fields [9].
In manufacturing, you can improve the efficiency of the process if the grain is heated before drying.
To
carry out this process, the dryer requires the installation of specially equipped containers (box, pipe,
pneumatic tube, etc.). This is because the metals in the dryer consume a lot of heat energy.
Conclusion
In short, grain drying is one of the main processes in modern agriculture. The effectiveness of this
process depends on the correct selection of drying methods and dryers. They should be selected depending
on the type of grain to be dried (wheat, rice, soup, corn, etc.) and the physical, chemical, biological and
other parameters of the grain. Drying efficiency can be achieved by choosing
the correct sequence of
processes, rapid evaporation of moisture, and reducing the energy consumption required for drying teeth.
