rational and effective use of the land of agricultural purpose. 
In a generalized view the ways of increasing the efficiency of agricultural 
grounds are subdivided on [2]:
1. Natural: 
- Implementations of the system of agriculture taking into account the 
regional conditions of the production for optimal using of biological capacity of 
the farmland; 
- Preservation and increasing the effective economic fertility of soils; 
2. Technological: 
- Rotationcropping; 
- Rational processing of the soil; 
- Using of high-yielding grades; 
- Optimal terms of implementation of the technological operations; 
- Struggle with harmful and diseases of plants, etc.
3. Material-technical: 
- System of cars; 
- Service, repair and storage of equipment; 
- Fertilizer, construction materials, power, etc. means of production; 
- Manufacturing objects, etc.
4. Organizational and economic: 
- Specialization and concentration; 
- Organization of production, work and its payment; 
- Labour collectives; 
- Combination of the units of equipment; 
- Intensive technologies and others.
5. Social: 
- Personnel; 
- Labour protection; 
- Organization of work; 
- Sanitary and medical care; 
- Constructions of housing, objects of culture, roads, etc.
6. Environment-oriented. 
Land using improvement, including the preservation of fertility of the soil, 
stay of degradation of the land, demands the balanced work of the elements of the 
land relations which are built in the mechanism of regulation. Forms of ownership 
on the land, the relations of economic use, the form of government land resources, 
the ways and methods of regulation of these relations belong to the elements of the 
land relations. 
Economic efficiency of using the land in agriculture is a housekeeping level 
on the land which is characterized by production yield and the size of expenses per 
each unit of area. Land users are faced by an assignment of providing maximum 
production yield from each hectare of the land at minimum costs of the production.
