Local Time, October 1, 2015, and then publicly OPENED and READ ALOUD at 11:35 A.M. Local Time, October 1, 2015, Special Meeting of Sewer Authority of the Township of Pittston, at the Pittston Township Municipal Building, 421 Broad Street, Pittston, PA 18640, for consideration at the special meeting of the Sewer Authority of the Township of Pittston October 1, 2015. BIDS are invited for the following Project: H2O GRANT JOHN POSLUSNEY SUSCON AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT BIDS are invited upon the following items of work as follows: Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Placement Sanitary Sewer Gravity and Force Main, Laterals, Grinder Pumps, Manholes, Temporary and Permanent Pave and Unpave Restoration and Miscellaneous Related Work. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including Drawings and Technical Specifications are on file at the Office of PENNEASTERN ENGINEERS, LLC, 165 North Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. COPIES of the Contract Documents, may be obtained by depositing a non-refundable ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) per set per contract, during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday at the office of PENNEASTERN ENGINEERS, LLC, [phone]. All Bidders shall be required to obtain documents at the Office of the Engineer. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
