Abstract:
The article discusses the tools and methods used to implement the technology
individualization of learning, the main of which are: e-learning, project method, teamwork, as
well as multi-level learning. The technology of individualization of education consists of a
number of systems, covering all links and levels of the educational space, the purpose of which is
to implement effective learning through an individual approach.
Keywords:
technology of individualization of education, individual approach, features and
abilities of students, multilevel education.
Introduction.
One of the strategic goals of the teacher is to teach students to work in
cooperation, which is acquired gradually.
A method is a set of operations and techniques aimed at mastering a certain area of practical or
theoretical knowledge or a specific activity. The basis of the method is the development of
cognitive skills of students, the ability to independently construct their knowledge and navigate
in the information space, the development of critical thinking.
Main Part.
Consider the existing types of interdependence of participants in collaborative
learning:
A single conscious goal for students, tasks that they can achieve only through joint efforts.
Each student owns only a part of the general information that is necessary to solve the task or
its source.
The same learning material for all (exercise, series of tasks, etc.)
A single
set of equipment for all, necessary to complete the task and divided between the
students of the group.
A single reward for the whole group (either all members of the group are encouraged the
same, or not like that).
One of the strategic goals of the teacher is to teach students to work in cooperation, which is
acquired gradually.
The second educational technology is the method of projects.
This method originated in the 1920s in the United States. It is also called the method of problems
and is based on humanistic trends in philosophy and education developed by the American
philosopher and educator

J. Dewey, as well as his student V.Kh. Kilpatrick. In their opinion, the basis of learning on an
active basis should be the expedient activity of students, which is consistent
with his personal
interest in this knowledge.
The project method is based on the idea that is the essence of the concept of "project", aimed at
the result obtained by solving a practically or theoretically significant problem. This is a concrete
result that can be seen, comprehended and applied in practical real activity. To successfully
achieve a result of this level, it is necessary to attract knowledge from different areas and teach
students to think independently, find and solve problems, predict results and anticipate the
possible consequences of different solutions, establish cause-and-effect relationships.
The project method is always based on the independent activity of students, calculated for a
certain period of time. This method is organically combined with a group approach and is always
aimed
at solving a specific problem, solving which, on the one hand, it is necessary to use a
combination of various methods and teaching aids, and on the other hand, the need to integrate
knowledge and skills from various fields of science, technology, creative fields, technology.. The
end result of the completed project should have a specific result: a theoretical problem has a
specific solution, a practical one has a result ready for implementation.
The method of projects can be both individual and group, but it involves a specific set of
educational and cognitive techniques with which you can solve the problem as a result of
independent actions of students with the obligatory presentation of these results.
Basic requirements for the effective use of project methods:
the presence of a significant problem that
requires integrated knowledge;
specific significance of the results: theoretical, cognitive, practical;
active independent activity of students: individual, pair, group;
clear structuring of the content of the project;
the use of research methods that have a certain sequence of actions:
in the process of joint research "brainstorming", "round table", defining the problem and
setting appropriate tasks;
putting forward hypotheses for solving the tasks;
discussion of research methods: statistical, experimental observations, etc.;
discussion of ways to design
and present the final results, collection, systematization and
analysis of the data obtained;
Summing up, registration of results, their presentation: conclusions, promotion of new
research problems.
The choice of the direction and topic of projects is based on interests, taking into account the
individual capabilities of students. The results of completed
projects should be formalized, for
example, a video film, an album, a computer newspaper, a report, etc.
Signs for determining the type of project can be:
Predominant activities in the project: search, research, role-playing, creative, applied,
familiarization-indicative, etc.
Subject-content area: monoproject (implemented within the same subject area),
interdisciplinary project.

The nature of project coordination: direct (flexible, rigid), hidden (implicit, simulating a
project participant).
The nature of contacts (among participants of the
same educational institution, group, city,
region, country, etc.).
Number of project participants.
The duration of the project.
Focusing on the features of the first paragraph, you can define the following types of projects.
Research
- these are projects that require a well-developed structure, designated goals, relevance
of the subject of research for all project participants, social significance, methods of activity,
methods for processing results. These are projects built in a clear logic of research and have a
structure that is close to or completely coincides with scientific research.
Creative
- projects that are focused on the appropriate design of the results in the form of a
holiday program, video script, dramatization,
essay plan, article, design, newspaper heading, etc.
Role-playing, game -
projects based on an approximate structure, which can be adjusted before
the completion of the work, and the participants take on certain roles, which are determined by
the nature and content of the project.
Introductory and indicative -
these are projects based on activities aimed at collecting
information about some phenomenon, object, in order to familiarize project participants with the
information received, its analysis and generalization of facts, with the aim of further presentation
to a wide audience.
Practice-oriented are
projects that have a clearly defined result of the activities of its
