UNDP HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. It has been determined since 1990 (until 2013 – Human Potential Development Index). In its framework, three main social factors are evaluated: indicators of life expectancy, education and gross national income. The rating is partly based on expert assessments and the results of a public opinion survey conducted among the population of the respective countries. It is formed from 60 main indicators grouped into the categories of electoral process and pluralism, government activity, political participation, political culture, and civil liberties.
