1.0 Introduction.

I work KFC fast food company as a manager. Currently, I work as a manager in the Tashkent branch of KFC fast food company. Also globalization started to cause enough difficulties to our business. After that, my boss asked me to do a comparison report between the KFC branch in Chine and the branch in Tashkent. After that I have worked on findings.


1.1 About company

KFC is a popular chicken restaurant chain having a strong legacy of creativity and success. KFC treats us all with compassion and like family, including our more than 800,000 Team Members and visitors from all over the world.
