The. article. deals. the. effect. of. extracurricular. activities.Basically,teaching. and.
learning.is.a.process.of.educational.interaction.between.teachers.and.pupils.The.purpose.of.the.
educational.inretaction.involves.three.aspects.To.achieve.both.objectives,required.maximum.role.
of. a. teacher,both. in. the. transmitter. of. the. materials,the. use. of. methods. and. so. on.in. addition.
teachers are expected to be more creative to support learning activities in the classroom one of 
the.activities.in.question.are.supporting.extracurricular.activities.Extracurricular.activities.can.be.
done.in.school.or.out.of.school.depending.on.the.needs,especially.for.English.subjects.

It is noted that in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On education” 
and the National Programme for Training in the country, a comprehensive foreign languages’ 
teaching system, aimed at creating harmoniously developed, highly educated, modern-thinking 
young.generation,.further.integration.of.the.country.to.the.world.community,.has.been.created.
What is ‘Extra-curricular Activities’?
Extracurricular activities are activities that students participate in that do not fall into the 
realm.of.normal.curriculum.of.schools..They.are.found.in.all.levels.of.our.schools.
These are the activities which a learner explores ones abilities, develops the strengths and 
eradicates.the.shortcoming.through.informal.guidance,.observation.and.self.assessment.
The activities undertaken to strengthen the classroom learning as well as other activities both 
inside.and.outside.the.classroom.to.develop.the.personality.of.the.child..
