CONFLICT PREVENTIVE DIPLOMACY: 
Conflict preventive 'diplomacy is the practice of conducting relationship between actors 
with intents to influence, transmit a position or negotiation on a given assessed by checking the

democratization, economic growth, the expectation of mutual benefits, mobility, effective
