Results: Usually, the period of storage of the plant tinctures forms several days. In our case, the 
period of storage of the tinctures with a marigold and an oak bark extracts made 4 days. After this 
term the surface of tincture began to become covered by a mold. 5-8% of Na-
carboxymethylcellulose and 20% of glycerin added to a reaction media the period of storage of 
tincture has formed 4 months. Herewith viscous brown gel was formed. After three months gel 
began to lose viscosity. To increase the gel stability nipaginsubstancewasadded which increases a 
period of storage up to one year.The formed dark brown homogeneous gel, with specific smell and 
sweet taste, density 1.00-1.18, can be used at skin diseases. Content of ethanol is up to 5%. During a 
period of storage up to one year formed gel did not change its basic characteristics. The condition, 
pH values (7.8-8.0), viscosity and resistance to microorganisms of gel were studied. After 
extraction of polymer from gel, qualitative tests on flavonoids and glycerin were positive. 
Studying of resistance to microorganisms showed that dry extract of a marigold and an oak bark and 
also gel on their basis show antibacterial activity in the relation on E.coli and Bacillus subtilis 
forming a zone of 10-15 mm.To increase an effect of gel against skin diseases, the technology of 
obtaining gel with the composition an oak bark together with wild chamomile was developed. 
Conclusion: The technology of creation gel on the basis of the marigold and an oak bark extracts 
with the maintenance of sodiumcarboxymethylcellulose, glycerin and nipagin was developed and 
quality characteristics were studied.
