Impotance of scientific work: Calendula(Calendula Officinalis) and chamomile (
member of the
Asteraceae family
), arewidelydistributed herbs in Uzbekistan and used in folk medicine against
germs, ophthalmic diseases, inflammation, and allergic effects, also
used topically for treating
acne
,
reducing inflammation, controlling bleeding, and soothing irritated tissue.
Various cosmetic
products, medicinal forms and bone remedies are taken from the plant.Calendula and chamomile
flowers widely used in the complex of various complex drugs. Extracts of these plants are
rich in a
variety of organic compounds
, phytonutrients, phytocetal, alkaloids, lutein, violaxanthin, choline,
phytosetrine, ascorbic acid, carotene and mucous membrane, which are used in flavonoids, routine,
quercimetric, coumarin, umbelliferron and gerniarin, stomatitis, parodontitis and tomography.
Purpose of the work: Obtain the medicines and their medications, extracted from domestic
ointments and poultry products (Calendula Officinalis and Flores Chamomile) used for various
diseases of the mouth and other inflammation, as well as the implementation of the results of these
studies in practica drug science.
Materials and Methods of Study:The result of the analysis show that the quanting of pre-powder
additives increased by 10-11%. Extractively, water and 96% ethyl alcohol (1: 1 ratio) were
extracted to dissolve the biofuels contained in the Calendula and Chamomile flowers. To do this,
the plant was smashed and sifted1 mm. Reduced to fragments powder, 10 gwas taken and 100 ml of
extracting was added and held in a water-bath for 30-45 minutes stored for one day for complete
extraction. The extraction process was repeated 5 times for the removal of the base material, the
filtrate was evaporated, then vaporize state until the total volume reached. To obtain gel, 7 g of Na
(NaOHC), 0.1 g of Calendula and Chamomile flowers extracts were extracted, 20 g of glycerin, 0.2
nipogine and brought to100 grams. The gel was taken in lihgt yellow colour with a homogeneous
consistency.
Results: The storage time for Calendula and Chamomile fowers was 4 days. After that, the top part
of the tincture was moudly. After edding 5-8% Na(NaOHC) and up to 20% glycerol to the
decoction, the shelf life was 4 months. It was a light yellow gel with consistency of viscous.Three
months later the gel began to lose its viscosity. In order to increase the stability of the gel and
improve its smell and tasty we added nipogin and menthole, after one year, there was no mildew on
the top of the gel.The results revealed that antibacterial activity against the cultures of E. coli and
Bacillussubtillis testicles was found to be 10-15 mm. At the begin we took tincture of Calendula
and Chamomile flower and mixed, obtained the gel and study itsthe pH value, density and viscosity.
Conclution:With a salt of triethanolamine and new surface active agents we obtained extract of
Calendula and Chamomile flowers. Tha amount of pre-powder additives and flavonoids in the dry
extract more than in a powder. Wiht NaOHC,glycerin, nipogine, surface active agents ofCalendula
and Chamomile flowers decoction we produce the technology of preparetion gel and study their
properties.
