This agreement is made & signed between “YATT ULUGBEK MOXAMMAD OSMAN” Termiz City Republic of Uzbekistan represented by its Director Mr. Abdul Baqi S/O Abdul Manan as Buyer and “YASEEN ENTERPRISES” from Peshawar city of Pakistan represented by its authorized representative Mr. Khan Ainullah as Seller for the below mentioned goods as transit from Uzbekistan to Pakistan with under mentioned terms & conditions.

Terms:

1. 
   The exporter has agreed to export the above mentioned goods to Uzbekistan as transit via Torkham & Hairatan border of Afghanistan to the importer.
   

2. 
   All the transportation, handling charges from the place of loading Peshawar, Pakistan up to Hairatan border of Afghanistan is in account of Exporter.
   

3. 
   Both the parties agreed to appoint M/s AHMAD SHOKIR DILOVARZADA
   

FORWAEDING LTD as their authorized representative for arranging transportation &
clearance from entry border Torkham throughout Hairatan border of Afghanistan.

4. 
   The Importer has agreed to make payment to the Exporter 100% as cash advance & balance after arrival of goods at Hairatan border of Afghanistan.
   

5. 
   This agreement is valid for 1 year up to 31 August 2019.
