THEME: Sports at school
PRACTICAL AIM: Presenting topic vocabulary in context, using sports collocations in context, pronunciation of snowboarding; skateboarding; gymnastics; volleyball in context, developing monolog skills, top down listening skills, reading for details, drafting a description.
EDUCATIVE AIM: Sport in Uzbekistan; Olympic champions of Uzbekistan; National Uzbek sports.
DEVELOPMENTAL AIM: Developing logical thinking and predicting skills (answer the questions: What kinds of sports are famous in Uzbekistan?, Which sportsmen do you know about?)

UPBRINGING AIM: -Arising tolerance and patriotism to the country through sport.
-Training proper ways of behaving in sport competitions.

BEGINNING STAGE OF THE LESSON	GREETING	Hello! How are you? Everything ok with you? Now let’s start our lesson.
	CHECKING ATTENDANCE	Who is on duty today? Can you tell me who is absent at the lesson?
	ORGANIZING CLASS	Are you ready for the lesson? Have you brought your books and notebooks? Please prepare everything: your books, notebooks, pens, pencil. Let me check your preparing.
	PRESENTING LESSON AIMS & TASKS	Today we will have an unusual lesson-competition. At the end of the lesson we will know about your favorite type of sport.
WARM UP	STEP 1.	Introducing activity: let’s play a game called mixed-up question.
	STEP 2.	Presenting rules: I’ll write a question in which the letters of each word mixed-up, firstly you should find out the question and give this question for your partner. Then I will ask the answers.
