Larry Mayton opened the meeting at 12:00 PM at the Robinson Township Giant Eagle. The purpose of the meeting was to set dates and launch locations for the 2017 season.

  The PWBB "Team Tournament" will be open to club members only. There will be a $50 entry fee per boat, and an optional $10 lunker pool. The percent payback will be determined at a later date, depending upon club finances. There will be a six (6) fish limit per team. Individuals can elect to go it alone. The results of the Team Tournament will have no bearing for determining the Angler of the Year, or lunker of the year.

  For the PWBB “Classic” the club will invite, at the end of the 2017 tournament season, the top 20 members by point standing to the classic. If an invited angler is not able to fish the classic, additional anglers will be asked, by point standing, until a full slot of 20 individuals is obtained. Existing tie-breaker rules will be used if required. The location of the classic will be the Southside in Pittsburgh. The top five anglers in the classic will receive cash prizes. A $10 lunker pool will be an option for the classic anglers. The classic will be for full members of the club only, i.e. no junior members. A qualified classic angler can ride with another classic angler if he/she did not have their own boat to participate in the classic. The results of the classic will have no bearing for determining the Angler of the Year, or lunker of the year.

  The next scheduled club meeting is set for Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 7:30 PM at the American Legion Post in Bridgeville.
