MDIS Tashkent Admission Committee 2022 is pleased to inform you, that your application 
has been approved by MDIS (Singapore).
Kindly be informed that as a further step you shall visit MDIS Tashkent campus to 
submit the required documents. 
In order to collect the contract, the applicant is required to submit the following list 
of original documents: 
1. Original Diploma of general education (from a secondary school, academic lyceum or 
professional college), original transcripts and its translation into English verified by Notary 
(if diploma is issued in Uzbek language); In case the diploma of secondary education is 
not received yet, the Applicant may submit the 
Warranty Letter
. 
2. English Language Proficiency certificate - IELTS Certificate (BC/IDP) - 5.5 and above 
(except for candidates who passed MDIS English Test with a sufficient score - the i-net 
system tracks it automatically) 
3. File folder for documents. 
Note: Successful applicants shall collect the contract at MDIS Tashkent campus within the 
set schedule. In case applicant fails to collect the contract within the set schedule or fails to 
make the payment within 
10 
banking days from the date of contract issuance in the amount 
of 
50%, 
the contract becomes void and shall be reissued to the same applicant. Hence, 
former applicant's place might be given to another applicant in rolling basis and subject to
