You recently spent a night in a hotel and had to put up with a great deal of noise very early in the morning because of a faulty central heating system. The manager promised to contact you regarding compensation but you still haven't heard from him.

Write a formal and informal letter to the hotel. Write at least 150 words in each letter.

Hello,Mr Tom

I have recently stayed in your hotel -Diamond hotel, for about a ten days. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the central heating system which not working properly .I have had a bad experience staying at your hotel .I hoping you would repair the central heating system so that no guest suffers due to extreme weather .

Let me explain the situation which I experienced. I stayed at you hotel from 3^rd May till 12^th May and had an excruciating experience as your heating system in my room did not work as expected. Moreover ,disturbance due to the negligence of the hotel staff caused hindrance in my professional work.

I think it would be a good idea to repair the central system and be prepared for unusual weather .A room heating system for each room along with the central heating system in the winter would certainly make the rooms more comfortable. Perhaps you would consider giving me a discount if I stay at your hotel next time
