I am writing this letter in support of Mamadaliev Mavlonbek, who is a student of Chemistry at our University. In my capacity as a Dean of the department, I have known him for the past four years and have found him to be an aspiring and sincere student. He is ranked within top 30% in our department of 80 students.

He has an inquisitive mind and good interpretation abilities that will greatly facilitate research work. As an intelligent and hardworking student, Mavlonbek has a natural inclination for research. This inclination stems from his curious bent of mind and a nature for questioning. He has the ability to voice his ideas clearly, which greatly enhances his expressiveness in solving doubts when approached by fellow students. He is unstinting in his efforts to keep abreast with the latest technologies, indefatigable in showing the applications of theory to practice in the Laboratory.

At a personal level, Mavlonbek is a well disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality. He gets on well with everybody because he is open minded and not afraid of taking responsibilities in difficult situation. He always takes the most difficult part of tasks. Maybe for this reason his course mates and teachers can rely on him without any doubt. In addition, he is a member of the “Young scientists association” in our university and takes active participation in various co-curricular activities of the department. For his strengths I can show his ability to take the lead in difficult situations and my weak side is that I usually forget small details and have to write down all the time.
