Hawkins, Delafield & Wood’s New York City office is located on the 42nd and 43rd floors of 28 Liberty Street in Lower Manhattan, between Pine and Liberty Streets, one block north of Wall Street. Our location is two blocks West of Water Street and two blocks East of Trinity Church. Parking is available on Pearl Street and South William Street, as well as at locations along Water Street. Wall Street is serviced by subway, New Jersey Transit (through Penn Station), PATH (to the World Trade Center) and by ferry.
By car, Wall Street is accessible from New York’s major highways, however the area immediately surrounding the New York Stock Exchange is restricted to autos for security. Therefore, the best approach to 28 Liberty Street is from the East, as follows:
FDR Drive (coming from Long Island, Connecticut and the North along the East Side)
Take the FDR to the Brooklyn Bridge exit, bear right to the traffic light and turn left onto Water/Pearl Street. Proceed six lights and make a right on Pine or Cedar Streets. Proceed past William Street to 28 Liberty Street, which is on your right. Parking is available farther to the south along Pearl or at various lots along Water Street.
West Side Highway (coming from New Jersey and Westchester along the West Side)
Take the West Side Highway past the World Financial Center and to the Battery. Proceed to the end of the West Side Highway, which is also called West Street. West Street ends at Battery Place (turn Left), which leads to State Street (turn Right). The Staten Island Ferry will be in sight. Follow State Street to the left, which turns into Water Street. Proceed along Water Street approximately five blocks to Pine Street (the block past Wall Street) which is one-way going West. Turn left on Pine and proceed past William Street to 28 Liberty Street. Parking is available farther to the south along Pearl or at various lots along Water Street.

By Subway
• Take the Seventh Ave # 2 or 3 train to the Wall Street stop. If you are exiting from a downtown train use the staircase at the back of the platform. This staircase will connect you directly into 28 Liberty Street.

• Take the Lexington Avenue Line # 4 or 5 train to the Wall Street stop. When you exit the subway you will be at Broadway and Wall Streets. Walk east on Wall Street for two blocks until you reach William Street. Make a left onto William Street. Walk North on the left side of William Street for two blocks and you will arrive at the William Street entrance to 28 Liberty Street.

• Take the J or the Z train to the Broad Street stop. When you exit you will be at Wall and Broad Streets. Walk east for one block on Wall Street until you reach William Street. Make a left onto William Street. Walk North on the left side of William Street for two blocks and you will arrive at the William Street entrance to 28 Liberty Street on your left.
