CONSULTING AGREEMENT

, acting on the basis of the
charter, referred to as the "Consultant", and
Normurodova Shakhrizoda
, referred as the “Client”,
have entered into this Agreement as follows:
1) SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:
Provision of information and consulting services under the international Summer Work And Travel
Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) and maintenance of documents for enrollment to the
program, additional services under this Agreement are:
A.
assisting in the selection of the Program
B.
assistance in booking air ticket
C.
assisting in the delivery of courier documents
D.
preparing for visa interview
2) RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:
A.
Consultant must provide qualified consulting services according to Section 1 of this agreement,
familiarize the client with the rules and requirements of the Program. To acquaint the client with the
rules and requirements of the consular service of the Embassies in Uzbekistan
B.
Client must cover the full financial costs associated with the program, including: participation cost,
cost of accommodation and meals, associated costs, transportation costs. Within 3 (three) banking days,
since the signing of this Agreement, make payment for services to the consultant’s bank
account 20208000005099895001 in the amount of 1,490,000 UZS. (Discounts will apply if paid by
October 1st, 2021).
C.
The specified payment is non-refundable, as it is a payment for consulting services. Make full
payment of the cost of participation within 3 days in the organization’s bank account, according to his
invoice.
D.
Do not change the structure of the program (extend the end date, abandon the program, postpone
the start date of the Program, etc.) specified in the application, on the basis of which the relevant entry
visa has already been received. Pay by himself or compensate the consultant for the costs incurred
(additional costs) for the service of third parties, are not provided in the Section 1 of the current
Agreement (visa fees, insurance payments, transportation costs, notarial certification, translation
service, legalization of documents, postal expenses, etc.).
